THE NEWLY EXPANDED SERVICE AREA IS OFFICIAL!
Yes! You heard correctly! We have environmentally friendly products that are great for regular maintenance cleaning services. Sometimes a little more muscle is necessary in deep cleaning scenarios and therefore we don't recommend our green products for every project. We love making a difference in our client's lives by knowing their preferences and it shows in our reviews.
We offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring residential cleaning suited to your preferences.
Twice weekly, weekly, biweekly and monthly recurring commercial cleaning is our forte.
If we already clean your home, the logical and safe choice is to have our staff check on your house while you are away on business or vacation.

Clean Obsession held a community event offering free disinfectant to anyone in need! Country 105.1 and Energy 99.7 had graciously allowed us to use their parking lot to create a drive-through giveaway which allowed us to stay socially distanced.
Thank you to Swish who also donated some disinfectant!
We are proud to still be offering a free bottle of disinfectant to our community, while supplies last! Simply let us know if you are in need and we would be happy to get your gift to you. Accepting spray bottle donations to continue to giveaway FREE disinfectant.
Clean Obsession held a community toy drive to add to the abundant amount that The Salvation Army runs each year. We have an overwhelming response of contribution from our clients, staff and the family of our team members. Thank you for all of your hard work and generosity during each and every one of our toy drives. Together we are making children happy in our community, year after year and that feels good!
The Online Fundamentals Training Course focused on the science of Covid-19 and how it is spread. It taught how to prevent the spread through proper cleaning techniques and the science behind it. This course was a very in depth look at the difference between cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting.
This certificate focused on cleaning in this new world with a pandemic. Topics such as the science of regular cleaning and the science of cleaning with disinfectants.
There aren’t many things Clean Obsession can’t clean as you can see from our before and after photo gallery. Below is a short list of common items we simply cannot do without further equipment, training, and liability insurance. However, we can always point you in the right direction and refer you to another professional service.
Bed bug and other insect infestations: Your home or workplace needs to have a professional bed bug removal service and a professional carpet cleaning once the bed bug service has been completed in order to have Clean Obsession complete regular recurring service. If we discover there is an insect or bed bug problem, we’ll have to stop the service immediately and inform you.
Dead animal removal: Cleaning up dead mice, rats, or even raccoons within a home should be done by a pest control specialist. If we notice a dead animal in your home during a cleaning, you will be notified immediately and we will not touch the carcass. Our staff are not trained for the proper removal and disposal of pests.
Specialty carpet cleaning and floor waxing: If steam cleaning, floor waxing, or carpet washing is required, we have specialists we can refer you too. Let us know if this is something you’re looking for.
Hoarding/heavy cluttered areas: Unfortunately, due to added risk and liability as well as the safety of our staff, we do not clean spaces that are heavily cluttered or considered a hoarded space.
Dishes/unloading the dishwasher: We’re always happy to help clean up a couple of dishes here and there and always wipe the interior and exterior of the dishwasher. However, we’re not able to do a sink full of dishes or unload the dishwasher unless a prior written agreement to have it in the to-do list. To get the most out of your cleaning appointment we recommend all dishes be either stowed away in the dishwasher or put away, so your assigned cleaner(s) can focus on the harder tasks you prefer not to do yourself.
Removing paint from windows, countertops, and floors: Unless you’ve booked a post-construction cleaning, we won’t be able to help with the removal of dried paint from windows, floors or countertops. This kind of task is not part of regular recurring service.
Removing mold: It is too dangerous for us to try to remove mold without the proper PPE and professional products and tools specifically for mold. If we discover mold we will not clean the area that the mold is located. Please call a mold specialist to have professional mold removal done.
Removal and disposal of pet waste/feces: We love pets and sometimes our loyal client’s pets can have an accident in their home while we are cleaning. If a cat or dog vomits or defecates on a carpet especially we will leave it as we are not trained carpet cleaners. We will however notify you of the accident’s location so that we do not make the problem worse by cleaning it the incorrect way.
Needles and other drug use materials: Our staff come across the odd situation that must be handled delicately and discreetly but we will not touch nor try to clean near any drug use materials or needles. We ask that any needles used, whether it is for medical purposes or not, be disposed of safely by the user in a sharps container. We are not in the business of judging or making assumptions but to assist in cleaning that you either don’t want to do, don’t like to do, or just need the extra set of hands.
