It goes without saying that someone who loves what they do for a living, they are more likely to do a great job. Therefore, we only hire people that love to clean and love helping others. There is a lovely satisfaction that we get each time we leave a room sparkling.

We LOVE animals and since they are part of your family they should be treated with the utmost care and kindness. Often our valued cleaning technicians will say, "I get to see my favourite client's dog (or cat) today, so I know it's going to be the best day".

Officially since May of 2015, we started serving home and business owners. With that experience comes knowledge of what works and what doesn't. We've also been blessed with yearly awards from the Reader's Choice Awards.

We value our staff by praising often, coaching when necessary, provide bonuses when earned, we ask for their input, and work together in troubleshooting. They also pick the schedule they are willing to work and we try to accept as many time off requests as possible. Happy staff = long term staff.

During our intensive hiring process we look for honesty and an approachable personality so that we can ensure our loyal clients will not only enjoy our staff's presence but also feel a true sense of trust. After all your space is very personal to you and you absolutely need to feel you can trust the company cleaning it.

Our clients deserve nothing but the best and that means using the best commercial grade products and tools to accomplish that. Our awesome products are built into our prices. Did you know that it costs approximately $1000 for 1 cleaning technician's kit? We believe in using quality products to have a quality cleaning result.

To show our cherished staff that they are appreciated and valued, I always have a bin of sweet and salty treats for them to enjoy any time they pop in for drop off or pick up of supplies. I also have cold drinks for them to enjoy as well. They love coming into the office and always feel welcomed and that is important to me as a boss.

Everything from how we dust to how we handle lockouts, you bet we have a tried tested and true system that works. This organization means you'll never have a no-show, or something broken accidentally without communication and repair, or a task left incomplete, etc.

Meet Jen, our Quality Assurance Supervisor. She is in charge of completing quality checks for all of our cleaning technicians. She is our not-so-secret weapon to ensure you receive not only an amazing 1st cleaning but also ongoing as well. Jen is an honest and kind leader who marks quality checks with fairness and encourages with humour, which we love about her.

Hiring a cleaning service for your home or workspace is a great investment and we want to make sure you get the biggest bang for your buck!
First off, don't clean before your cleaning technician arrives. Trust us, we’ve seen it all and cleaning is what you hired us to do, there’s no need to dust or vacuum first to impress us. However, do tidy up your space prior to your cleaner's arrival, so that we have the opportunity to get to those places that need a scrub!
1. Putting away any extra clutter will go a long way with your cleaning appointment. This includes things such as having laundry picked up, dirty dishes done, toys put away or throwing old food out. The time you are paying for will be better spent if your cleaning technician is able to get straight to cleaning your surfaces, versus putting away daily personal items to get to the floor/counter/etc. With that said if your cleaning needs mean a little tidying is required we can certainly handle that for you as well.
2. Don't forget about your pets! We at Clean Obsession love your furry friends like our own. However, in order to get floors looking their best, they need to dry without little paws running across. Please remember to have your pet in a different room or on a different floor during the mopping process.
3. Lastly, be sure your cleaning technician has a way to get in and lock up if you are away from your home or office during your appointment.
